During the last week or two I have been mainly focused on finishing a grant application for work on "Theories and Tools for Climate Policy Exploration" to the FORMAS agency in Sweden. It is aimed in the same general direction as an earlier proposal: "Functional multi-objective optimization under uncertainty" which is still under evaluation by another research agency (VR.se). Fingers crossed!
It is also very well aligned with the PhD course on Functional Programming and Climate Impact Research which we had a first instance of March-June 2024 and uses some of the ideas presented in the Energy Network Day presentation: Optimising Fusion with Functional Programming.
Now I can finally make better use of my sabbatical in Oxford!
